-Picture Day Helper- Sunday, January 26, 2020
-Interclub Competition- This is a first for our club and a huge event, since we are inviting other clubs to participate. It will be on SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 2020. We are a small club and are going to require many volunteers to make this event happen. There will be many positions to fill, each one requiring approximately 3 hours of commitment. You can sign up for UP TO 2 for this day upon registration—as planning moves ahead we will begin to assign shifts.
-Music Playing- If you sign up for music playing, there will not be a date/time associated with this. As we get into the season, the coaches will request to have music players on specific days, for example, when we are practising for our Christmas show, or when skaters are going to competition. As the Volunteer coordinator receives these critical dates/times, you will receive a message from the club requesting your availability for a specific shift.
2020 Winter Session- For those skaters who are moving up from Canskate to IFS please note that if you completed your fundraising component in the fall session, you do not have to fundraise again. HOWEVER you are still asked to assist with a minimum of 3 Volunteer commitments.
**AS A FINAL NOTE- FAILURE TO COMPLETE YOUR FUNDRAISING AND/OR VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT WILL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING INVOICED A $100 FEE EACH AT THE END OF THE SEASON. ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE MAY BE CALLED UPON BY ALL FAMILIES IF THERE ARE OUTSTANDING POSITIONS TO FILL. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO SO. **
