We encourage ALL our skaters to register for this memorable and enjoyable event!
*Week of Dec.18-20th is DRESS WEEK! We are asking that all of our girls wear skating dress with proper sweater/mitts. NO hoodies please! Hair must be tied back as well. Our plan is to do some in house testing (part of Skate Canada's testing rules) during this week and we want all skaters to take pride in their accomplishments and meet the standard etiquette requirements needed to perform during tests as well as our regular practice sessions. Our boys can wear black pants and sweater...again NO hoodies. Parents will be notified if your child will be testing but again ALL skaters will be required to wear a dress.
*TEST DAY- Dec.21st (your child has been notified if participating) There will be NO REGULAR skating this day as we are hosting a test day during the session time.

Winter Registrations for PreCan, CanSkate and PowerSkating Sessions open on December 1, 2017 at 9:00am online at beaumontskatingclub.com.
Just a few reminders – if your skater was registered for our Fall classes and you are now registering them for the winter session in any of these classes, you do not have to pay the $40 BSC Fee as it’s already been paid. You also do not have to complete any more Club fundraising/volunteering commitments.
If you are moving your skater up to our Intro to Figure Skating program you do not pay the BSC Fee of $40 nor do you do any additional Club fundraising HOWEVER you are asked to assist with some Club Volunteer time.
All the Club fundraising/volunteer commitments information for each program can be found on the BSC Website under the specific programs or the fundraising/volunteer page.
If you are interested in purchasing a club jacket for your skater please contact Twila at email@example.com call 780-974-1562 if you have any questions!
Jackets are $80 each (All embroidery including skater name and GST included)
Unfortunately we are unable to get samples in for sizing but there is a sizing chart attached, as well as a few pictures, this style of jacket is very "true to size". If you are still unsure, several of our senior skaters already have jackets if you'd like to try on one of theirs, I'm sure they wouldn't mind.Deadline to order is November 23rd as we are hoping to have them in in time for Christmas!
All members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 5th, 2017 at 7:00pm in the small meeting room at the KNRRC located across from RInk #2. This meeting (approx 60-75 minutes) will provide an opportunity to review last year's club accomplishments and talk about the upcoming year. We would love to hear your ideas on how we can continue to improve the club and its services.
Note, we are also in critical need of board members. There are open positions for Secretary, Website/Club Communications and Member at Large at the moment. Board membership for this club is a very light responsibility with one hour long board meeting per month (October through March and the occasional meeting through the summer) and perhaps a couple of hours a month of activities/tasks. An active board is critical however to maintaining a healthy organization for your children to participate in. Details can be found HERE
